Effective fire scene operations require communication discipline and standard flows of information from the first arriving unit to dispatch and others responding to the incident. A standard radio report should be given as part of the initial size-up and often will dictate the actions of crew members and other responders to the incident. Review department SOG's for on-scene reporting and practice your size-up skills with this drill.
