This strap is located inside the turnout jacket and is designed to be a rapid deployment rescue strap that a firefighter can grab to quickly extricate a colleague in distress.Many manufacturers have developed comprehensive training aids like video clips and all have user manuals that will help assist in the delivery of this drill.
