By Forest ReederTaking a page from some early childhood development and adult learning models, we’ll be providing a series of “flashcards” on several skill areas and practical skill drills designed to put a little fun into your training program. Each set will have several flashcard templates that you can print out on paper, laminate, or print on mailing labels and place them on index cards.  Have the student select a predetermined number of cards from the stack and instruct them to complete the task in a specified time or performance level.
