Firefighter Training Drill: Word of the Day, Part 2

By Forest Reeder

A simple word of the day drill can be used to challenge all job levels to expand their fire service  vocabulary and knowledge. Several job levels are identified and others can easily be inserted according to your local assignments. Instructors should prepare a standard definition answer for your department and be able to provide working examples of the term in action.
