Worcester (MA) fire building that claimed the life of Firefighter Jon Davies was rife with building violations. Over 30 violations for mice, rats and the illegal use of heaters were recorded for the building. Firefighter Davies was part of a crew that re-entered the fire building to search for an occupant who was unaccounted for.
