Bayonne (NJ) - Three downed power lines exploded, causing a brush fire that resulted in power outages on LeFante Way Tuesday night.

Around 60 people were evacuated from nearby warehouses shortly after 6:30 p.m. as a precaution.

According to Bayonne (NJ) Fire Chief Greg Rogers, a train had reportedly passed around the time of the incident; the downed wires near the Dee & L Warehouse were found pulled and severed in the direction of the adjacent tracks. There were also two leaning utility poles.
