
A Maine man named as a person of interest in the disappearance of a Florida firefighter was arrested and charged with murder on Tuesday.
A report from the Boston Herald indicated that it was a "drug-related homicide" (http://bit.ly/AwEfo5).
Daniel Porter of Bangor, 24, was arrested just before 5 p.m. yesterday.
Police believe the missing firefighter, Jerry Perdomo, 31, of Orange City, Florida, was killed, but they are not releasing any details about the death. Perdomo's body has not been found.
