VA Fire Department Medic Critically Injured

An Alexandria (VA) Fire Department paramedic was critically injured while responding to a vehicle fire on I-395 this morning. During the response, Josh Weissman, 33, fell about 20 feet off the roadway and into a creek, according to a report from the local FOX affiliate (http://bit.ly/xMYbD1). He was rescued from the creek and transported in critical condition to an area hospital.
