Firefighting Technology: AZ Fire Crews Test Out Firefighter Locating and Tracking Technology

Phoenix (AZ) firefighters are testing out a new technology that allows the tracking and monitoring of fire personnel inside of structures. Crews tested out Honeywell's Geo-spatial Location, Accountability and Navigation System for Emergency Responders (GLANSER) at the Lower Buckeye Training Facility Wednesday and Thursday, according to a report on azfamily.com (http://bit.ly/Zm3Pgc).
