Vehicle Extrication and EMS: One Killed in IL School Bus Crash

One person was killed when a school bus carrying elementary school students struck two vehicles today in Newport, Illinois. The school bus was traveling westbound on IL-173 headed to Newport Elementary School, when it collided with the vehicles, according to WGN (http://bit.ly/ZcJ7y5). The fatality is said to be the driver of one of the vehicles. Thirty seven other people were injured, with 23 hurt children being transported to a local medical center.
