Firefighter LODDs: Revised Numbers on Firefighter and First Responder LODDs

The State Firemen's & Fire Marshal's Association of Texas yesterday released revised firefighter and first responder line-of-duty death estimates in the huge explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas. The fire organization said on its Web site (http://bit.ly/15mzhlw) that five West Fire Department firefighter died. One Dallas (TX) firefighter and four EMS responders also died, as well as one unknown. Eleven West firefighters are in the hospital.
