For me, there is a palpable level of stress involved with the trial preparation process. It seems like a “hurry up and wait” production from the start, and the court date never seems to arrive. Once the trial date gets close, large containers of “hurry up” are delivered to you and opened. Most everything else has to take a back seat or be handled after hours until after the trial is over.
