<br> An East Hartford (CT) firefighter is in critical condition after falling through a skylight covered with snow two stories into a parking garage. A report from WTNH (http://bit.ly/1c7YMGI) says a witness stated that Chief Training Officer James Silver was trying to view an ice rescue taking place on the Connecticut River Thursday. The firefighter reportedly stepped on a skylight covered with snow and fell into the parking garage stairwell below.
