Firefighter Fatality: Kentucky Firefighter Killed After Being Struck at Van Fire Scene

One firefighter was killed and another injured after they were struck while operating at the scene of a van fire on a highway in Kentucky. WHAS11 reports (http://bit.ly/1sffMUm) that the Glendale Volunteer Fire Department was working a van fire on Interstate 65 south when one firefighters was hit and killed by a semi.
