A New Year of Fire Safety Fun!

Welcome to Sparkles’ Kids Zone on Firelife.com!

2012 promises to bring many special surprises from the fire safety dogs! Do you like surprises boys and girls? If you think last year was exciting, wait until you see what we have in store this year!

One of the new projects that we are doing is called “Fire Prevention Day: 365 days of Fire Safety.” Each day on our Facebook pages, we will have a new fire safety tip that we will talk about. It will be so much fun!

We have another new project that we will be doing as well, but we can’t spill the beans yet. Let’s just say it is very big and we will be able to reach even more boys and girls, just like you! We want you and all the boys and girls out there to stay safe!

We had a super fun New Year’s Eve party in Sparkles’ Clubhouse! We started streaming Sparkles’ Safety Spot at 11:30 p.m. and kept the party going until 2 a.m.! We had people from all over the world watching and it was big fun!

Here we are in the clubhouse getting ready to countdown to 2012!

Tango the Fire Safety Dog and Siren the Fire Safety Dog getting ready to live stream a special New Year’s Eve episode of Sparkles' Safety Spot.

Meet our friend, Doo! Doo and his pet parent, Rob Lewis, were our special guests on Sparkles’ Safety Spot!

“Doo”

Doo is 18 weeks old and is training to be a Search and Rescue Live Victim and HRD Dog. According to Rob, Doo is one very smart puppy and is learning fast!

Here are a couple of pictures of Doo in training:

Another part of Doo’s training is that he has to be around children and grown-ups a lot.  He loves getting hugs from boys and girls!
