Fire service leaders urge that FEMA remain in DHS; IAEM-USA says no

In a letter to President-elect Barack Obama in December, the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), and Congressional Fire Service Institute (CFSI) requested that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) remain in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
