Time is something no one seems to have when they need it. It takes time to develop a decent drill that is challenging, enjoyable, and comprehensive. Many company and training officers charged with daily or weekly training find it difficult to set aside time to develop a drill they feel is truly worthwhile for their crews.

This week's drill investigates a different concept for drilling: training by appointment. Author David Willson explains this concept and how it worked for him and his department.
