Drill of the Week: Escape Routes

Middle

Brought to You by FirefighterCloseCalls.com

A primary function of the company officer in all operations is to always consider your emergency egress (exit) from the area of operation. This should include two ways out, if possible, with all obstructions cleared away.

This week's drill presents a series of photos which should be analyzed for potential egress problems. Participants should identify primary and secondary escape paths, discuss any potential problems shown in the photos, and identify possible solutions/alternatives.

The complete drill is located at FirefighterCloseCalls.com
