Prior to joining Safety Vision, Ondruch held CFO posts at Victory Packaging, the leading North American distributor of packaging material with revenues of $650 million; and Academy Sports & Outdoors, a multibillion-dollar large-format store chain. A lifelong resident of the Houston area, Ondruch holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
