NJ Congressman Introduces Bill to Extend Narrowband Deadline for First Responders

Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, has filed legislation, H.R. 3430, to extend a Federal Communication Commission (FCC) deadline for upgrading first responders’ communications equipment for two years, from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2015.
