DuPont Wins Nomex Trademark Infringement Case

DALMEIJER BEHEERMAATSCHAPPIJ B.V., which also does business under the name DAPRO SAFETY, and some of its trading partners in a trademark infringement case regarding the DuPont and Nomex trademarks.
