We described the problems they ship the -- to a -- -- -- mechanic who put it on or they have a traveling mechanic in the area they'll stop -- and put forth I'm dealing with a company that is forthright this year very truthful. It's a pleasure to do business with with people that stand by their product. The it's one of them one of nice things about I administrative apparatus equipment as -- -- earlier. And it's I know assume they make the phone call that the customer service is going to be second thing and know that the product delivers what -- -- -- gonna deliver. And and I would like other vendors and other pieces of equipment viewed that way it's. This a great experience to deal with people like that. And equipment. The nice thing about dealing with this company and dealing with -- company phone number years. -- is we've had several phone calls from New Jersey to California. -- Texas to Wyoming. Inquiry about the product. And American life -- -- Right now. I've recommended the product I've given the high points on and I've given them only low point that I found with the product. And I'm very truthful with they need to make their own decision. No smoke is that is this something that's automatic. As far as firefighters help and how it's been linked to every -- -- cancer that that is is an existence. And so that's kind of what I focused on -- benzene along with a lot of the other combustion by products. And -- it was fully confident that that no smoke would minimize or almost exclude. That from our firefighters -- from being exposed to that product of combustion actually work in a fire station that's -- back in station. And we have since we have retrofitted or -- our apparatus. With no smoke. It's completely different atmosphere I have a hyper sensitivity. To diesel exhaust. And it used to be that when we would back into the station I would get just a little bit of that exhaust. And I would get an immediate headache. With the no smoke I have not experienced any problems or any any -- at all. One of the added benefits of having award -- -- If you go to any fire station. In in Sacramento with the exception number two new stations you'll see -- turnouts. Placed on the wall hung on the wall around the exterior of apparatus floor. No smoke. Now prevents those -- from being contaminated. -- diesel exhaust. For years -- firefighters would put those turnouts on and now they're having that contamination not only are -- reading it. So. -- I can't even start to put a price on the value of preventing something like that someone coming down with -- with it would be cancer as a result of that exposure. We also don't have to worry about one of the things that that people may or may not considered to be a safety issue and that is. On the having to get off the apparatus make the physical connection. To the apparatus and always be concerned that that person is clear. Of the apparatus before you start to back the thing out again back that thing into the station rather. The main factor that caused us to buy this was again the convenience. Not having any. In the auxiliary equipment that has to be hooked up to -- to the fire engine. Safety came number one and that the safety being. Exposure that our people -- we knew that we had to do something because we had. Smoke we had diesel exhaust fumes on the apparatus for getting into our fire station into the living in administrative areas. Yeah and we did not have the room to employ -- the other collection type devices that use hoses.
