International society of fire service instructors presents the first and only internationally accepted live fire credential program for fire instructors. A fixed facility in instructor in charge platforms are available to ensure that instructors are able to operate in a safe manner and in accordance with applicable standards. The program is designed to be dynamic. It can be tailored for departments operating in the rural, suburban and urban environment. In its first two years, programs have been delivered in 12 states, potentially more than 250 students.
