THE LONG BRANCH INCENDIARIES. The incendaries who have been devastating Long Branch lately, have been overtaken by law officers. Two brothers named Hine have conlessed to firing several places, and implicate a tavern-keeper named Charles Kavanaugh, who, they say, was the chief of the gang. All the patties implicated will be speedily brought to trial. Their incendiarism included the burning of three or four hotels, private dwellings, stables, etc.
