Random Sparks. —The Baltimore Fire Department have adopted the Neally Respirator. —No. 4’s boys, of Racine, Wis., cleared $365 by the party which they gave last month. —Warren, Mass., will expend $500 this year to support its Fire Department. Liberal town. —Binghamton, N. Y., had fifiy-five fires and twenty-two false alarms for the year ending March 1st. The loss was $47,680. —The Eureka hats, made by Anderson -& Jones of this city, are taking well with the Firemen, being stylish looking, light and serviceable. —The total losses by fire in the city of Troy last year amounted to $121,196.76; insurance paid, $107,467.30; loss overinsurance, $13,729.46. —The Somerville, Mass., Board of Aldermen proposes to reduce the number of members of the hook and ladder company, and to fix the pay of drivers at $750 instead of $700. —The insurance agents of Lowell, Mass., have decided not to pay any portion of…
