TOPICS OF THE DAY THE neatest charm for Firemen to wear that we have seen is a small lantern manufactured by T. A. Raymond (“Baron d’Aigle”), of Rochester. The globe is a solid crystal, surrounded by gold bands, and mounted like a lantern. It is small and very appropriate for Firemen. AN index to the contents of Volume Seven of THE JOURNAL accompanies this number. Those who file the papers as they are received will find the index of service, and consequently it should be preserved.
