IR EDUCED FARE 70 THE NATIONAL CONVENTION MISCELLANY. The efficient and energetic Secretary of the National Association of Fire Engineers, Henry A. Hills, to whom much of the success which has attended the meetings thus far is due, is arranging with various t_____an portation companies to secure a low rate of fare to those wishing to be present at the Richmond Convention. Mr. Hills is a railroad man himself, and therefore possesses unusual facilities for obtaining a reduction from regular rates. We have received the following letter and present it for the information of those whom it most concerns: CINCINNATI, O., July 14.
