Y., will issue bonds for $6000 for a sewerage system. —Union City, Tenn., has voted to issue $15,000 bonds to build a court house and jail. — The building of a bridge over the Schuylkill at Walnut street is being urged in Philadelphia. —Amsterdam, N. Y., will issue bonds to the amount of $100,000 for the construction of sewers. —San Antonio, Tex., will expend about $150,000 for the construction of a new city hall and jail. —The bill appropriating $25,000 for an armory at Olean, N.
