Safe and Lock Company. —Gas-works, to cost $25,000, will be erected at Durham, N. C., if a specified amount of stock is taken. —The Ilawkeye Electric Manufacturing Company of Oskaloosa will put in an incandescent plant at Montezuma, la. —The plant of the Dyersburg (Tenn.) Oil and Fertilizer Company is to be enlarged, and electric light machinery will be put in. —Work will be begun at once on the plant to be erected by the Tuskaloosa (Ala.)
