Municipal Record FROM SPECIAL CORRESPONDENCE TO FIRE AND WATER. Incorporation, Population, Water-works, Paving, Sewerage, Street Lighting, Fire Department, Financial Condition and List of Municipal Officers of Cities, Towns and Villages in the United States and Canada. CICERO, ILL., was incorporated in 1869, and embraced within its limits ten villages, which aggregated 20,000 population, but most of these villages have been annexed to Chicago. The water supply, which is taken from artesian wells, is owned by the Cicero Water, Gas and Electric Light Company, with headquarters at Oak Park. The town officials are : President, F. R. Schock ; town clerk, Ed S. Austin ; treasurer, W. A. Hutchinson ; chairman of finance committee, John D. Maclean ; city civil engineer, Wm. Kissack ; superintendent of water-works, F. W.
