GAS & ELECTRIC LIGHTING —The Fort Worth (Tex.) Light and Power Company has been incorporated to operate gas-works. The capital stock is $30,000. —The New Orleans Electric Light Company has been reorganized and will enlarge its plant. —The following corporations have been granted charters in Massachusetts : Ayer Electric Company, B. H. Hartwell, president; T. T. Robinson, treasurer; capital, 5000. The Acton Electric Company, J. R. Bullard, president ; T. T. Robinson, treasurer; capital, $10,000. The Needham Electric Company, J. R. Bullard, president; T. T. Robinson, treasurer; capital, $10,000. The Blackstone Electric Company, J. R. Bullard, president ; T. T. Robinson, treasurer; capital, $10,000. —The McLaughlin Electric Company has been incorporated at Camden, N. J., by B. F.. Esler and Joseph Phiffer of Philadelphia and William J.
