A Proposed Insurance Patrol Association.

Issue 22 and Volume 1889 6.

A Proposed Insurance Patrol Association. Captain Newman of the Cincinnati Salvage Corps has his branch of the service in excellent condition, as was witnessed by a FIRE AND WATER representative last week. This officer is a great enthusiast in everything that pertains to his work, and he is constantly devising improvements of such a practical nature as to place his department in the front rank of those of leading cities in the country. A suggestion which Captain Newman makes is that an Insurance Patrol Association similar to that of the National Association of Fire Engineers be formed, and that as many captains of patrols as possible attend the meetings of the National Association.
