PUBLIC WORKS —Last week plans and specifications were registered in the New York bureau of buildings, calling for the erection of 113 buildings, to cost $3,872,000, and for alterations to seventy-three buildings, to cost $162,000. —Seabright, N. J., is to be sewered at a cost of $1400. The work must be done by July 1. —Charles E. Willard and O. N. Kennerson have been appointed by the joint committee on sewerage for Revere, Mass., to confer with Civil Engineer McClintock in regard to his plan for the disposal of sewage for the relief of the beach section of the town, and to present a detailed account of the same at the next meeting of the joint committee. They have also been instructed to see if arrangements can be made with the North Shore Electric Light Company to supply power for raising sewage that is below mean low water level, so…
