His many friends trust he will have an enjoyable and profitable visit, and that he may return much benefited by his trip. —A press item from Denver, Col., says: “The water storage question was agitated at a meeting of the Jefferson County Irrigation and Water Storage Association, held on Saturday evening last. It was decided to appoint a legislative committee to confer with the Alliance and Grange committees to agree upon some definite plant to present to the Eighth General Assembly. After considerable discussion, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: Resolved, that it is the sense of this meeting that the legislature make an appropriation for the purpose of testing the practicability of storing water by freezing at the head waters of Clear Creek.” —Says The Greenville (N.
