ELEVENTH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE Philadelphia, Pa., April 14-17, 1891. HEADQUARTERS, CONTINENTAL HOTEL. THE TRUNK LINE PASSENGER ASSOCIATION HAS GRANTED A ONE AND ONE-THIRD RATE FOR THE. ROUND TRIP ON THE CERTIFICATE FLAN. As this is the first Eastern convention since 1885, it is expected it will be the largest and most important meeting held since the organization of the association. Water-works companies and water commissioners should see that their superintendents or representatives are present at the convention, as important papers will be read and discussed on subjects concerning the construction and management of water-works and purification of water supplies.
