WATER SUPPLY ITEMS. Julius Dexter, the Cincinnati capitalist, will submit a proposition to the Mayor and board of administration to the effect that if the water-works is turned over to him he will give bond to build a new works inside of twenty years on the profits of the water rents, and that he will not charge a cent for his services. At the end of the specified time he will turn the old works over to the city in the same condition he receives them. He will further give bond to furnish a good article of water and keep the works in repair at all times. Cedartown, Ga., will soon have turned over to it a complete water-works system, including a splendid power and pump, building worth $5000, six miles of water mains, fifty fire hydrants, one mile of sanitary sewerage, stand pipe 20 x 50 feet giving a…
