FIRE AND WATER EX-PRESIDENT FRANK M. BAKER appears determined to rake the four quarters of the globe for exhibits that will help to make the display of uniforms, photographs, etc., at the World’s Fair successful. His appeals have reached England, Germany, France, Russia, Italy, South America and even Africa, and gratifying responses have reached him from nearly all these countries. When complete, Mr. Baker will have contributed to the Fair a department full of interest and instruction. The departments in this country should aid Mr. Baker all they can, and help make the loan exhibit compare favorably with those from abroad. Mr. Baker’s address is Owego, Tioga county, New York.
