He is Well Pleased. The following letter from Chief Buchheit, of Pulaski, Tenn., is interesting for several reasons: Editor FIRE AND WATER. DEAR SIR:—I am well pleased with the paper, and don’t care to be without it. The fire department will meet on the 19th of next month, to elect officers for 1895. I am still working hard on my city council for the electric fire alarm. Hope I will meet with better success next year. The fire department here is in fine shape, considering that we have only 1,000 feet of hose; but I hope to get 500 feet more next year. Best wishes to you and your paper. I remain, respectfully, yours truly, JNO. Q. BUCHHEIT. The Council Committee on Fire Department of Grand Forks, N. D., has decided to purchase t.ooo feet of new hose from William Gibson representing the Watrous Engine Works.
