The Atlanta Exposition. ON this page will be found an illustration giving a birdseye view of the great Cotton Exposition to be held in Atlanta, Ga., next year. Chief Joyner is contributing more than his share towards the success of the project and there is every prospect of his efforts being amply rewarded. The fire exhibits and the tournament promise to be among the most interesting features. The accompanying cut will give a fair idea of the Exposition grounds as they will look when the buildings are completed. The Denver, Col., papers are calling for an investigation of the administration of the fire department affairs. One of them, the Sun, suggests that “the city is practically, as it seems to be, without fire protection, and if such protection cannot be secured under the present mal-administration, then a volunteer department should be organized to act until Governor Mclntire has the opportunity…
