An Excellent Paper. Fire and Water, that excellent paper published in New York, December 29th completed its seventeenth anniversary. It is one of the best firemen’s papers published in the State, and devotes much space each week to matters that are of great interest to firemen throughout the State. Its illustrations are works of art. Not only is it a fire journal, hut it publishes many pajiers devoted to water interest. It publishes many logical and scientific articles pertaining to water works affairs. Its typographical appearance is a fine specimen of the printers’ art.—Troy Budget.
