FIRE DRILL IN SCHOOLS. J. C. Brookes recently published an article on fire drill in schools from which the following is token: “First state to pupils the necessity for some drill, some plan by which the building may be emptied in a short time. Say to them that the danger is nearly all in the scare of becoming excited. Say to them further that the alarm will be given them often when there is no fire or danger; but that this is the alarm, and that, this alone be given in the event of a fire happening, and that whenever they hear this alarm they should leave the building as directed.
