EXHIBITS. The display of exhibits was large, and the various appliances were arranged very attractively in the principal corridor of the hotel and in the room below it. The meter interest was the most prominently represented; leading manufacturers, such as the Hersey Manufacturing Company, the Thomson Meter Company, the Neptune Water Meter Company, the Pittsburg Meter Company, and H. R. Worthington having fine samples of their various sizes and patterns of meters on view. The first disjflay to be seen upon entering the room was that of THE UNION WATER METER COMPANY, in charge of J. I’. K. Otis, manager, and George H. Carr, agent of the company Sectional parts of a 2-inch Union Rotary meter,made of bronze,and working parts of vulcanized rubber, were fine specimens of the work composing this meter.
