OBITUARY. WILMER REED. The death is announced at Burlington, N. J., of Wilmer Reed, well known to water works men as one of the most trusted employes of the McNeal Pipe and Foundry Company of that place. Mr. Reed had been with the company for about twelve years, and was held in the greatest esteem by his employers not only for his conspicuously good business qualities, but also for his thorough reliability in every detail of the work assigned him—that of salesman. He was a man of exceedingly gentle nature, and all who knew him were won by his unassunming earnestness in his duties, and, whether business competitors or patrons, at once became strongly attached to him on account of his manly character and genial disposition. Mr. Reed, who was a prominent member of the Masonic order and several other secret societies, leaves a wife and several children. He was…
