WATER SUPPLY It is now definitely decided that the convention of the American Water Works Association of 1898 will be held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the 14th, 15th,and 16th of June at Buffalo, N. Y. The Concord. N. H., Land and Water Company will improve its plant at a cost of $75,000. Wauseon, Ohio, will build water works. On July 21 Americus, Ga,, will vote on the issuance of $35,000 bonds for the improvement of the water plant. The contract for putting in the water system at Danville, Vt., has been let to Charles L. Woodbury, of Burlington, son of former-Governor Woodbury. The system will be completed by October 1. Brooks. Me., is putting in a water system. Quakertown, Pa., will lay two miles of pipe.
