WATER SUPPLY The contract for building water works for the city of Moundsville, W. Va., has been awarded to George Hogg, of Braddock, Pa. The Consolidated Water Company has been organized at Portland, Me., to purchase and operate a series of aqueducts and to deal in water works supplies. Capital $10,000. The president is W. M. Moulton, of Portland, and the treasurer, E. M. Moulton, of the same city. Camden, N. j., is laying a new thirty-inch main along Federal street, to connect with the thirty-inch main just laid along Newton avenue. A protest has been filed at Harrisburg, Pa., by the Lumber City Water Company against the favorable consideration of the application of the Potter County Water Company, capital $80,000. for a charter to authorize it to supply water to Austin Potter county.
