SEWERAGE At Pontiac, Mich., the construction of latetal sewers will begin soon. The Iowa Engineering Company, of Clinton, Iowa, is preparing plans for a system to include a pumping plant at Stevens Point, Wis. At Pittsfield Mass., the system is to be extended into the Morningside district of the city. Surveys for two additional disposal beds are in progress at East Bristol, Conn. P. P. O’Neill, city engineer, Lexington. Ky., has prepared plans for one lateral sewer. Boynton & Warriner, Cedar Rapids, are making plans for a sanitary system for New Hampton, la. Specifications are being prepared for the construction of 1,400 feet of storm sewers at Chillicothe.Ohio. I lenry M.Read, city engineer has charge of the works.
