LATEST WATER NEWS. Buford, Ga., will build a waterworks system. Bonaparte, Ia., will bond itself in $5,000 for a system. In the spring Radcliffe, Ia., will build a $7,000 system. The Dublin, Ga., Electric Light and Water company will soon improve its plants. Chipley, Fla., will hold an election as to bonding itself in $10,000 for artesian wells. Grand Rapids, Mich., will have a pure water supply of not less than 10,000,000 gallons daily. Plainville, Conn., has applied for legislative permission to construct a waterworks system. The water committee of Seaford, Pa., is about to take action to protect the town from fire. The recently burned waterworks plant of Waukesha, Wis., will be rebuilt at a cost of $15,000. The Five Mile Beach Water company has been incorporated at Camden, N. J.; capital, $50,000. Chief Joyner, of Atlanta, Ga., complains that too many small mains have been laid in the…
