LATEST WATER NEWS. Mullica Hill, N. J., proposes to construct a waterworks system. A company has been organized to construct a water plant at New Egypt, N. J. The question of waterworks construction at Top -ham, Me.si being discussed. A filtering plant will shortly be installed at Elkton, Md., by the Kenmore Paper company. River Rouge, Mich., the question of installing a waterworks plant is being considered here. The Waynesboro Wuler company, of Waynesboro, Pa., will increase its capital from $89,000 to $100,000. The borough of North Spring Lake, N. J., has coutracted tor a new Worthington steam pump for its water plant. The House has passed a bill authorizing Jersey City to issue refunding bonds not exceeding $400,000 to pay off its debts to the East Jersey Water company.
