INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE ENGINEERS. A meeting of the directors of the International Association of Fire Engineers, called by President Humphreys, was held at the Grand Hotel, Indianapolis, Ind., to make arrangements for the coming convention of the association in that city, and to decide upon the subjects to be discussed.
