LATEST WATER NEWS. The Johnson City, Tenn., Water company has been incorporated, with a capital of $30,000. The Colonial Water company has been incorporated at Mouaca, Pa., with a capital of $1,000. The Solomon Run Water company has been incorporated at Ebensburg, Pa., with a capital of $1,000. The Nevada, Mo., waterworks, recently purchased by J. B. Quigley of St. Louis, Mo., will be improved $30,000 worth. Loudouville, Ohio, profiting by its late experience in the fire line, has voted in favor of building a waterworks system. There is such a limited supply of water in the Republic of Haiti, that the steam fire engines are of very little use. J. B. Quigley, of St. Louis, has purchased the waterworks of Nevada, Mo., and will spend $50,000 in improving them.
